a 12-month rental at $4,000 per month. Or, a 6-month rental (Nov. thru
April) for $4,900 per month. No other monthly costs or fees.
The 1st month rent plus deposits will reserve the condo and the last month due on or before arrival. Pets are very much welcome as we understand they are a part of any Family. There is a $1,000 pet deposit (refundable if not used), if you have a pet, a $1,000 security deposit (refundable if not used) and a $500 cleaning deposit for non-pets, $750 cleaning deposit for pets (non-refundable) We try and make it as simple and easy as possible.
